Professional Background. Mr. Ross formerly lived and practiced law in the District of Columbia and Utah, and is a member of the Bars of both jurisdictions. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has held an "AV" (highest) attorney rating since 1982.
Mr. Ross builds on many years of experience in business and community organizations in offering negotiation and alternative dispute resolution services, with particular emphasis on mediation.
Illustrative of the clients Mr. Ross has represented are firms such as Fidelity Investments, PaineWebber, Wells Fargo Bank, and Associates Corporation of North America. The transactions he has initiated and completed for them include mergers and acquisitions for market entry and expansion. His responsibilities have included identifying the target companies, negotiating the terms, and guiding the regulatory process. Internationally, he has accomplished numerous business transactions for Banco Nacional de Mexico (Banamex) and many other participants in transnational commerce.
